Good Clubhouse Housekeeping

  • Know where cleaning equipment & provisions are kept

  • Move furniture as needed — but return it when finished

  • Push chairs in when finished

  • Clear tables after use — it’s policy!

  • Damp wipe tables & desks before leaving

  • Nothing on pool tables except pool equipment

  • Bottles & cans go in the correct recycling bin

Leave it as you find it - if it is not right - make it so

Association Principles

All operations must align with the GGCHOA Constitution, ensuring legal compliance and governance integrity.

Not-for-Profit Status

  •  GGCHOA exists to serve the community.

  • Any surplus revenue is reinvested into programs and services that benefit residents.

Cashless Operations

  • To improve efficiency and transparency, all transactions are digital— there is no cash handling.

GGCHOA adopts a fully digital approach with:

  • Paperless Systems

  • Digital documentation

  • Online communication

  • E-forms and e-signatures

  • Online payments and invoicing

  • No Credit Accounts or Bar Tabs.  Residents are not extended credit.  This protects financial stability and simplifies administration.

BYO Alcohol

Where & when can you consume alcohol in the resort common areas?

  • BYO is allowed only when the bar is closed and only in licensed areas (e.g., Vibe lounge, Sky lounge, terraces)

  • No alcohol in non-licensed zones like 🏊 pools, 🛁 spas, or

       corridors.

  • Members must take all leftover alcohol home after use.

  • Breaches may lead to OLGR warnings or suspension

       of BYO privileges.

We’re all about respect, inclusion, and community pride.

What’s Expected

  • Be respectful, inclusive, and courteous

  • Follow GGCHOA rules and policies

  • Use shared spaces and digital platforms responsibly

  • Communicate constructively — no gossip or harassment

What’s Not Okay

  • Aggression, threats, or discrimination

  • Damaging property or misusing resources

  • Repeated rule-breaking or harming GGCHOA’s reputation

If Issues Arise

  • Complaints go to the HOC or the Resort Owner

  • Resolution may involve mediation

  • Appeals and external resolution options available

training, and rostering to ensure smooth operations and positive

        engagement.

Role Clarity & Requirements

  •  Roles are clearly defined and promoted with transparency.

Some may require specific qualifications (e.g. RSA, food handling).

       for accuracy and ease.

Expense Reimbursement
