🌟 What does your Committee do?

We’re here to make life in our community enjoyable and stress-free! Here’s what we do:

✅ Support community activities and events

✅ Work with GemLife management to keep things running smoothly

✅ Make sure everyone can use the facilities fairly

✅ Keep an eye on finances and follow the rules that keep our community safe

✅ Help subcommittees and interest groups bring people together for fun and friendship

🙅 Personal disputes between residents or with the park owner

📄 Individual contracts, warranties, or private service issues

🔨 Changes to private property (your villa) that don’t follow park rules

❌ Anything unrelated to shared facilities or community life

✨ In short: We’re here to help make community life happen smoothly and ensure your voice is heard—within the scope of our role!

ℹ️ Please note: Examples of matters that may be in or out of scope for the Committee may change over time. Currently, topics like solar power connections and issues involving third-party utility service providers are considered, by the HOC, to be individual contractual matters, not something the Committee can handle.
